Reception Hunting Weekend #4

For this weekend's "research", we headed North to Westchester County to visit 2 reception halls: Lyndhurst Castle and VIP Country Club. Unfortunately, our time was not well spent because neither is a viable option. We drove all the way to Lyndhurst only to find out that all receptions take place outside under a tented party area. Helllllooooooooooooooo... what's the point of a castle if you can't go inside it?!?! Talk about a disappointment. On a positive note we got to spend a beautiful spring day together outside. Cheesy, I know, but true... VIP County Club was very nice but unfortunately not in our budget. Oh well... we'll find something one of these years. ;)
