We got mail!

... from the White House! That's right ladies and gents... Mr. Post Man left a special delivery in our mail box this weekend. Wanna see what it was????

As you may remember from a post back in April, we invited the Honorable and Mrs. Obama to our wedding. Kind of a silly thing to do, yes, but we couldn't help ourselves. :) Seems it was a worthwhile idea after all though! This may be hard to believe but it's not every day we get mail from the President, so you can imagine our surprise and excitement when Shep held up an envelope from our stack of junk mail and asked why the White House was listed as the return address. After a run-of-the-mill weekend Presidential mail was the last thing I was expecting, and I'm pretty sure I actually squealed with delight.

One more goody item for our scrapbook. :)
