This is hard to imagine but four months from right now Shep and I will be - gulp - married. ONLY FOUR MONTHS EXACTLY! Where has the time gone???? Can I call a time-out please?!Seriously though, there is so little time left and still soooooooooooooo much to do!!!! Let's see, according to the wedding planning checklist I am looking at now we have to accomplish the following items super quickly:
- Order bridesmaid dresses (a month ago)
- Book honeymoon
- Shop for and purchase wedding rings
- Check the requirements for marriage license
- Submit required paperwork to church
- Discuss and select color schemes
- Create gift registry
- Select and order invitations and related stationary
- Shop for men's attire
- Reserve wedding day transportation
- Select readings for ceremony
- Book ceremony musicians
- Select music for ceremony and reception
- Select and order favors
- Select cake design
- Help mothers coordinate wedding attire
- Have engagement portrait taken
- Book hair stylist and make-up artist
- Shop for wedding shoes and accessories
- Review all vendor contracts and schedule payment dates
